Vereniging van Logistieke Adviseurs (VeLA), is a industry association of consultancies which are operative in the field of Logistics. The consultancies which are member of VeLA and that you will find on this Internet site, work according to agreed and clear behaviour rules.

What does VeLA represent?

VeLA have set the following objectives:

link all the recommendation in the field of logistics together, for example by achieving forms of cooperation;
promote and make it accessible to all the recommondation, by presentations of the members in the information book and on the website, during meetings and trade fairs;
increase the quality of the recommendations, among other things by using behaviour rules;
promote of the logistical realisation, by taking part in seminars and bringing out publications;
develop industry specific award, like for example VeLA-award Company Logistics (Arbo);
looking after the public interests of the members.

VeLA have been set up in 1988, and is dovetailed with Stichting Logistica.
